Overview
Shaker Recruitment Marketing, a leading B2B talent acquisition solutions provider, needed a comprehensive redesign of their corporate presentation ecosystem to support sales pitches, stakeholder communications, and internal reporting. I led the visual redesign and design system development, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure templates were not only visually compelling but genuinely usable by non-designer presenters across the organization.
Challenge
Existing presentations suffered from inconsistent branding, cluttered data visualization, and layouts that were difficult for sales and executive teams to adapt. The company needed a unified templated system that maintained professional polish while empowering employees to build brand-compliant decks quickly, without sacrificing visual impact or requiring design expertise.
results
The redesigned presentation system elevated Shaker's brand perception in competitive sales environments while dramatically reducing deck production time for internal teams.
Approach
I conducted research across sales, marketing, and leadership to understand how presentations were actually used, where friction occurred, and what "success" looked like from each perspective. This informed a user-centric design strategy: the system had to be as functional as it was beautiful.
I developed a clean, modern visual language with generous whitespace, refined typography, and a structured grid system that guided content placement intuitively. For data visualization, I created visual standards that transformed dense recruitment metrics into clear, scannable charts and infographics, ensuring brand guideline compliance and information clarity during high-stakes sales conversations.
